Each person involved gets their own portal, showing only what they need.

The employer refers
Employers you've invited submit referrals with the reason and any documents, then follow progress from submitted to booked to completed.

The employee prepares
They get a secure emailed link, checked against their date of birth. No password, no app. They give consent, answer a short health questionnaire and upload documents.

You assess
Your diary, the employee's history, previous assessments and documents in one place, with a structured report builder for each assessment type.

You release the outcome
Nothing reaches the employer until you release it. If you amend a report later, the employer sees it marked as amended, and every version is kept.
Employers get answers, not medical records
The employer's view is built separately from the clinical record, not filtered from it, so clinical detail can't leak through a missed setting. Employers only see a report while the employee's consent to share it is in place.
